Consulting Account ExecutiveGovernment will work with leading customers in UAE Federal and Dubai Government to position and deliver Microsoft Consulting Services and accelerate cloud adoption and consumption.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Strategy and planning

  • Owns and drives the sales cycle developing new business leads, opportunity qualification through to deal closure, effectively executing pre-sales process requirements and driving Cloud consumption through Industry Solution Sales (MS Consulting). Role model and demonstrate customer and partner obsession driving business outcomes specific to Government.
  • Work seamlessly with account team, building and strengthening relationships with Account Team Unit, Solution Team Unit, Customer Success Unit in close partnership with pursuit and delivery teams by aligning to the Enterprise Operating Unit account goals.
  • Support and own Industry solutions components of the account plan, contributing an impactful point of view (POV) where Industry Solutions (IS) can accelerate commercial cloud sales and Azure direct consumption by leveraging the Industry Solution catalogue and Partner Delivery Orchestration Centre
  • Collaborates with customer and partner connections along with the account team as a One Microsoft Approach adhering to Microsoft processes and methodologies.
  • Identifies & sells Industry Cloud solutions to address customer challenges through co-Innovation with partners and the broader Microsoft teams to drive Industry cloud adoption, engages cross-industry resources & programs to empower and achieve customer digital transformation.
  • Continuously build sales expertise, learn and evolve Industry knowledge to support customers and the wider one Microsoft team and invest in personal development

Deal excellence

  • Champion and adhere to Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM)
  • On strategy selling, pipeline standard - log and maintain all CRM opportunities (revenue and consumption) for Industry Solutions opportunities, continuously qualify opportunities, adhere to Opportunity Review Board (ORB) process and close plan ownership
  • Leverage strategic deal options (PDOC, GDC, ECIF) whilst protecting deal sold margin


Qualifications

  • Extensive consulting services sales experience in enterprise business especially in Gov Industry
  • Good understanding of sales methodology (MCEM preferred)
  • Fluent English required and Arabic is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi Market
